The property comprises of a series of industrial units in Marsh Way industrial park, Rainham. The Client was reviewing finance options and structural questions were raised during the valuation process. A heavy duty craneage system is installed to off load and position large heavy items. The structural questions related to the installation of the craneage system and the loading bay entrance.
Our role was to carry out a structural survey, analysis the structural concerns and estimate the remedial cost. This involved carrying out a detailed site inspection, examination of historical information and measure up to estimate the cost of repair.
