Greenford new residential development consisting of demolition of a cinema and snooker club, and creation of 40 luxury residential apartments. The scheme evolved over a number of years and had to be redesigned to comply with planning changes. Further, the Grenfell fire significantly impacted the cladding design, demanding redesign and statutory approval.
Our role was the development manager and contract administrator. We produced the initial development appraisal, followed by leading the team through the planning process and procurement. Subsequently, the Client instructed us to administrate the construction phase.
