Albert Embankment 5-star 142 rooms hotel – £35m. New build development, with a double storey basement and 14 storeys above ground. The procurement route was construction management to allow the demolition and basement to commence prior to the completion of the design.
Our role was to act as the Client’s representative during the construction phase. Due to the hands-on nature of construction management, we arranged all Client approvals, management of the balance of design and the construction activities in progress.
