The property is a single unit that forms part of a mixed use development. It has an area of 2,500 sqm, spread over 2 storeys and has been finished to CAT B standard. Commercial surveys vary according to the requirements of the commissioning party. In this instance the requirement was to determine the condition to inform an acquisition decision. We carried out a technical due diligence (also known as pre acquisition survey). The survey included details of the condition, the environment, surrounding/adjacent features, risks, statutory and legal matters.
